Kamil Zaitz to współczesny polski rzeźbiarz urodzony w 1987 r. Tworzy rzeźby w stali wpisując się w nurt sztuki nowoczesnej z wyraźnym naciskiem na ekspresjonizm postaci. Wczesne lata twórczości Zaitza opierały się na rzeźbach z recyklingu – wszelkie metalowe i garażowe odpady nie przechodziły obok artysty obojętnie, a on potrafił z nich tworzyć niezwykłe kreacje. Dziś prace artysty doceniają na całym świecie prywatni nabywcy i miłośnicy sztuki ze stali.

Kamil Zaitz is a contemporary Polish sculptor born in 1987. He creates steel sculptures in the modern art movement with a clear emphasis on the expressionism of figures. The early years of Zaitz’s work were based on recycled sculptures – any metal and garage waste did not pass the artist indifferently, and he was able to create extraordinary creations from them. Today, the artist’s works are appreciated all over the world by private buyers and lovers of steel art.

Rzeźba przedstawia dużą szyszkę wykonaną ze stali Corten. Szyszka dzięki swojej strukturze, obłości oraz kształtem płatków odnosi się do architektonicznych detali  Zamku Niemodlin. Przy tym idealnie komponuje się z jego zielonym otoczeniem. Szyszka jako kwiat drzewa symbolizuje zasiane ziarno i obietnice obfitej przyszłości. Rzeźba umieszczona na stalowym postumencie nawiązuje również do solidności i fundamentów, na których stoi zamek. Efekt końcowy jest inspirujący dzięki połączeniu symboliki natury i historii.

The sculpture presents a large pine cone made of Corten steel. The pine cone, thanks to its structure, roundness and the shape of its petals, refers to the architectural details of Niemodlin Castle. At the same time, it fits in perfectly with its green surroundings. The pine cone as a tree flower symbolizes the sown seed and the promise of an abundant future. The sculpture placed on a steel pedestal also refers to the solidity and foundations on which the castle stands. The final effect is inspiring thanks to the combination of the symbolism of nature and history.
